Audition Class with P. Lynn Johnson
Tuesday nights  6:30 - 10:30 P.M

One of the most recommended audition classes in the city.  Whether you are just beginning or are a seasoned professional, whether you are making the transition from Theatre to Film and Television or just need to brush up on your auditioning skills, this class will benefit you.  The art of cold reading on camera is a unique skill which is addressed in this class.  You will learn about making strong, clear personal choices which will showcase "you" in your auditions on camera.  How do you bring life to a scene when you cannot move in the space or connect with the reader? How do you show up in a scene and are you showing up in a scene?  These questions and more are answered during classes through exercises and cold read scenes.


P.Lynn Johnson is a working actor and accomplished teacher.  She has been busy in film, television and commercials for the past 16 years.

Some of her credits include, "Blade", "The X Files", "The Outer Limits" and "Final Destination " with recurring roles on "The Commish" and "Madison".

She has appeared in feature films opposite Jurgen Prochnow, Rose McGowan, Tom Selleck and Josh Jackson.  P.Lynn Johnson has been teaching in Vancouver for over a dozen years, coaching many working actors on and off sets around the city.

Her commitment to the craft of acting for film, television and commercials is evident in the technique she passionately passes on to those she coaches.
